Convert Outlook data files to PDF
Download the software and install it properly on your Windows Operating System
Step 1. Open Application to start conversion process
Window 10 users: Click on Start button and search the software by typing its name in the search box. Click to open it
Step 2: Select PST file that needs to be converted
There are two green buttons:
1. Select Files: Choose this option to select single PST file.
2. Select Folder: Click on this option if you want to add multiple pst files and migrate it to pdf.
Note:To make multiple selection through "Select File" option, press Ctrl and click on the name of file together
To add multiple PSTs, create a folder and paste all required outlook data files into the same folder. Now select this folder after choosing Select Folder option
Step 3. Click on Convert Button
If you want, attachments to be converted then make a check mark on Convert Attachments option.
Select the naming convention by which you want to save output file
Now Click on button to convert PST to PDF
Step 4: Specify saving location
You will be prompted to select a folder where you want to save output generated by the software.
Step 5: Process Starts
You will see a green bar which shows running process.
Step 6: Notification Message
As soon as conversion process gets completed you will get a notification message. Click on OK button to exit
Step 7: Open PDF document
Open the folder where you have specified storage location. Here you will get all outlook items within the same folder name in PDF Format
